  2. Prepare 1 cup milk

Instructions to make Chocolate cake:
  1. Separate cream from biscuits and break biscuits into pieces. In a chopper add the biscuits and grind into a fine powder.
  2. In a bowl add the biscuit powder, milk and baking powder and whisk. Make a smooth and fine batter.
  3. Grease a mould and pour the batter. In a pan add rock salt in the bottom and place a wire stand and heat it for 5 mins. Place the mould and cover the pan and allow to bake around 25-30 mins. Insert a toothpick to check weather it's completely done. Allow to cool.
  4. Add 1tbsp of milk to the cream which we seperated from biscuits. Mix nicely to make a paste. Slice the cake into 2 equal halfs. Brush some sugar syrup, then spread the cream evenly. Place the second half.
  5. For ganache: Warm the fresh cream in a pan and add dark chocolate to it. Leave for 5mins. Now combine the chocolate and cream nicely. Spread it all over the cake. Our simple yet delicious cake is ready.
