2. Whisk curd,essence,butter,icing sugar well. Then add a little bi later milk and dry ingredients mix.
3. Gently mix.grease the cake mould and preheat oven on convection mode on 180 degree.then pour batter in mould and bake for 25 minutes on convection mode.
4. Check with the knife. when knife come out clean then your cake is ready.now cool down cake.
5. For make ganache.take microwave safe bowl add butter and grated dark chocolate then microwave for 30 seconds now gently Stir. pour on cake.then garnish with chocolates.and some grated chocolates
