Instructions to make Chocolate cupcakes:
  1. Pre heat oven to 180° for 10 mins. I used direct bake cupcake liners u can also use cupcake liners in a muffin tray. Keep aside.
  2. In a large bowl, shift all dry ingredients flour, icing sugar,cocoa powder,baking powder and baking soda then whisk well to combine all dry ingredients together.
  3. Add 1/4cup softened butter, yogurt,milk and vanilla extract in a bowl mix it.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to dry,mix till the ingredients are well combined.
  5. If batter seems thick add a dash of water to it, then mix well.
  6. Fill the batter 1/2 to cupcake liners you can also add Choco chips or mix chips into batter.(optional)
  7. Bake at 180° for 15-20 mins. Check after 15 mins,place a toothpick in the center of cupcake if it comes out clean your cupcake is done.
  8. Remove from oven cool it properly.
  9. To prepare chocolate ganache, place the fresh cream in a bowl heat it in a double boiler then add chocolate to it, stir continuously till chocolate melts.
  10. Frost the cupcakes with chocolate ganache.
