  1. Gather all ingredients by measuring them accurately.
  2. Peel the skin and cut the apple into small chunks.
  3. Add apple chunks, 100 garam caster sugar, and 1 tsp cinnamon powder to a sauce pan. Cook them all till apple is saucy and caramelize.
  4. Than in a mixture jar add 40 garam wheat flour, 30 garam butter, 40 garam oats, 40grm sugar and pinch of cinnamon powder. Give few pulse to all this ingredient and make crumble for cake.
  5. In a bowl mix wheat flour, corn strach baking powder and baking soda and form dry ingredients mixture. In a mixing bowl add remaining butter and caster sugar than beat them until soft and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and beat for few seconds. Than add dry ingredients in two batches and fold them together. Add milk little by little as much as required and form cake batter.
  6. In a cake tin line butter paper and add half of the cake batter into it than layer it with half of the caramelized apple sauce.
  7. Again layer with remaining cake batter followed by remain caramelized apple sauce. Than make a final layer of cake crumble.
  8. Bake the cake at 180°c for 30 min or in a large pot with layer of salt and a stand on low to medium flame for 40 minutes. Garnish by sifting caster sugar on top.
