  6. Finally its done. Move the pan carefully and position it in the middle rack. - Bake for 50 minutes or till the toothpick comes clean when inserted in the centre. Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest till the cake pulls from the sides of the pan. Carefully move it to a plate or cooling rack and let it completely cool prior to cutting into wedges.

Add the butter to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat until smooth. - Add half of the powdered sugar and a pinch of sea salt and beat on low until the sugar is mostly incorporated. Add the remaining powdered sugar and beat on low until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes. - Stop the mixer and scrape down the bowl. Add the vanilla extract,
