  2. In a large mixing bowl take 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup curd. whisk well till the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add 2 cups wheat flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/4 tsp netmeg powder and pinch salt. - sieve all together making sure there are no lumps.
  4. Mix well with cut and fold method until all the dry ingredients combine well with the mixture.
  5. Now add 1/2 cup vinegar milk or as required and prepare a thick batter.add some dry fruits and mix well.Make sure you do not over mix the batter.
  6. Transfer the prepared cake batter to the greased cake tray or bread tin, Add some dry fruit over the batter.
  7. Place the cake tray into the preheated oven. bake the cake at 180 degree celsius for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes check the centre of the cake using a toothpick. If it comes out clean, that means the cake is ready.
  8. Allow the cake to cool completely and later sprinkle powdered sugar.
  9. Cut into thick slices and serve yummy and crunchy cake.
