  20. Take 2 slit green chilles
  21. Prepare 1 tsp chopped ginger
  22. Make ready 1 tsp chopped garlic
  23. Get 10-12 curry leaves
  24. Prepare 1 tsp cornflour
  25. Make ready Pinch orange red food colour (opt)
  26. Get 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
  27. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  28. Take 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  29. Take 1 tsp pepper powder
  30. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  31. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  32. Prepare 1 tbsp oil
  33. Get 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  34. Prepare to taste Salt
  35. Make ready as required Oil for deep frying

The flavour of the dish comes from ginger, cayenne pepper, mustard powder and vinegar. Its one of those popular dishes prepared in most of the dhabas and restaurants. Instructions to make Chicken 65:
  1. Firstly Wash and clean chicken pieces
  2. Next add chicken in a bowl to this add all ingredients listed below marination and marinate chicken for 1 hr
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, now drop some marinated chicken pieces in oil and fry them on high heat
  4. Similarly fry rest chicken pieces, when done remove it on absorbent paper
  5. Next take yoghurt in a bowl and to this add cornflour, orange red food colour,2 tbsp water mix it well and keep aside
  6. Now heat oil in a wok, to this add mustard seeds, once it crackles add cumin seeds, curry leaves,chopped ginger,garlic and saute for a sec, next add green and red chilles
  7. Next add red chilli paste, pepper powder, tomato ketchup, salt, coriander powder, spring onions,garam masala powder, coriander leaves to this and saute for 2 mins
  8. Now lower the flame and add yoghurt mix
  9. Mix everything well and Cook for 2-3 mins
  10. Now add fried chicken pieces to this gravy and mix everything well till chicken is well coated with gravy,saute for 3 mins and switch off the flame
  11. Now chicken 65 is ready to serve, serve hot as a starter
  12. Note - you adjust spice according to your taste
