Instructions to make Kung pao chicken with egg fried rice:
Wash and cut the chicken in cubes like this way.
Take a bowl marinate the chicken cubes with all the ingredients and set in fridge for 1 hour.
Boiled the rice and cut the vegetables in small tiny cubes.
Now add the vegetables, egg and chicken and mix the chicken egg fried rice like this way.
Now set the Chinese egg fried rice in a plate/ tray and set aside.
Now heat the wok add oil for frying the kung pao chicken until lightly golden brown it's colour set aside.
Now crush the garlic and heat the pan on full flame add 1/4 cup of oil then add garlic sauté it then add peanuts and thigh red chillies 🌶 fry it for 1 minute then add fried chicken all the ingredients, spices and sauces,(you can cook this chinese kung pao chicken on high flame).
Now toss well the chicken well then add 1 cup/ halfcup stock to make gravy (but my family like to eat less gravy) so I can add half cup of stock and thicken with corn flour mix it well don’t forget to add sesmeay oil after adding this you can eat in restaurant style kung pao chicken.
Now heat the sizzlers than add little bit oil on it then add kung pao chicken ot 1 tbsp of peanuts on the top of it.
Now a very healthy and delicious restaurant style kung pao chicken with egg fried rice is ready to serve, enjoy it.
