1. In chicken pieces mix ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp oil. Add soy sauce chilli garlic sauce, chilli flakes, white pepper, oregano, lemon juice salt. Keep it marinated for one hour.
2. Cut capsicum, onion and tomatoes in 1 inch cube. Sprinkle salt and pepper on them.
3. Take wooden skewers (stick) put chicken pieces cube cut capsicum onion and tomatoes one by one.
4. In grill pan brush little oil, cook chicken Shashlik stick from all side until chicken cook properly.
5. Boil macronnies as per direction.
6. In pot take oil. Add small pieces of garlic and fry now add soy sauce chilli garlic sauce and boil macronnies add salt and black pepper.
7. Mix macronnies and stir fry for few minutes. Close flame and serve with Shashlik Sticks.
