  17. Take 1 tsp garlic paste
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  19. Prepare 3 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  20. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  21. Prepare 6 tbsp tomato paste
  22. Make ready water 3/4th cup
  23. Get 1 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  24. Get ketchup 3/4th cup
Steps to make Chicken Shashlik:
  1. In a bowl add chicken and all the ingredients except vegetables and bbq sauce. Let it marinate for 1-2 hours at least.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chicken. Fry for 5 minutes, then add all the vegetables and bbq sauce. Fry 5 more minutes on medium low flame or until the chicken is cooked. Don't over cook.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add garlic,fry for a minute. - Add all the seasoning mentioned. - Let it cook on medium high flame until the consistency of gravy gets thick.
  4. Turn off the flame. - Pour the gravy over cooked chicken and vegetables. - 👉Serve the chicken shashlik with rice.
