Steps to make Carpet Pudding:

1. Grind the biscuits.
2. Add 2 tbsp melted butter and mix.
3. Take a bowl and add a layer of this mix.
4. Start boiling 1/2 litre milk and add caramel pudding powder. Keep stirring for 5 mins then let it cool.
5. Add a layer of this pudding on top of the first layer.
6. Leave in room temperature until set.
7. Add a third layer of crumbled chocolate cake.
8. Now boil 2.5 cup milk and add sugar as required.
9. Add crushed mawa and mix well.
10. Take a bowl, add 2 tbsp of cold milk and strawberry custard powder. Mix it and then add it to the boiled milk.
11. Cook till thick.
12. Add strawberry essence.
13. Let it cool. Then add this fourth layer to the bowl.
14. Beat whipped cream.
15. Melt chocolate in a microwave.
16. Mix whipped cream and the hot chocolate to make ganach.
17. Add this fifth layer to the bowl.
18. With crushed Oreo cookies, desiccated coconut, crushed goodday biscuits, decorate the carpet pudding.
19. Your Carpet Pudding is ready!
