Method for making Green chickpea poori. Wash chickpea thoroughly and strain water. Put chickpea in mixture grinder along with green chilly and grind Serve green chickpea poori with tomato sabzi, aloo matar sabzi or any other sabzi you relish the most, chutney, pickle, curd or raita and enjoy eating. This is a perfect chutney for all garlic lovers.

Instructions to make Chickpeas,Poori n Chutney:
  1. Boil the chickpeas
  2. In a saucepan put alittle oil n fry onions till golden brown add ginger n garlic paste n the chillies.
  3. Then put the tomatoes let it cook add salt n tumeric powder then add some methi let it cook.Add potatoes once cooked put in the boiled chickpeas.Finally put in some garam masalla.
  4. Poori:
  5. Make a dough with wheat flour,salt n oil.Let it set for 20mins.Then cut into small balls roll n deep fry in hot oil!!
  6. Enjoy hothot with the curry n chutney!!

Put chickpea in mixture grinder along with green chilly and grind Serve green chickpea poori with tomato sabzi, aloo matar sabzi or any other sabzi you relish the most, chutney, pickle, curd or raita and enjoy eating. This is a perfect chutney for all garlic lovers. It goes real well with idli and dosa. I peel the garlic and small onions / Indian shallots at night itself and store in the refrigerator so making the chutney in the morning is a breeze. Gives it a little tang I like in chhole.
