  1. Make ready 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. Prepare 1 cup jaggery powder
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup oil
  4. Make ready 3/4 cup curd
  5. Make ready 1 tsp baking soda
  6. Take 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. Get 1/4 cup milk(as per need)
  8. Get 1/4 cup Tutti fruitti, dry fruit, choco chips
Instructions to make Healthy wheat teacake:
  1. Put baking soda in curd & keep aside for 5 mins.
  2. Now add oil in curd & mix by a whisker. Add jaggery powder & mix it.
  3. Add flour, vanilla essence & mix by cut & fold method. If you think it's too dry then add milk 1-2 tbsp at the time. The batter should be a little thick.
  4. Meanwhile preheat the oven at 180°c.put the batter in a greased & dusted tin, sprinkle some Tutti fruitti & Dryfruit on it & bake for 30-35 mins. After 30 min check by toothpick test.it comes out clean so the cake is ready.
