Take 1 kg Beef(cut in Strips)
Prepare 5 Big Sticks of Carrot(washed&cut to strips)
Make ready 200 g Green Peas
Get 200 g Green Beans
Take 1 Big red onion(sliced)
Take 3 Red Bell pepper (Sliced)
Prepare 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
Prepare 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
Prepare 1 Tbs Cornflour
Make ready 1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
Get 1 Cup water
Make ready 1 Tbs Curry powder
Make ready 1 Tbs Dried thyme
Prepare 1 Tsp Cinnamon powder
Prepare 1 Cube Knorr seasoning
Prepare 3 Cups white Rice(washed, Perboiled and Cooked)
Get to taste Salt
Instructions to make White Rice and Stripped Beef Sauce:
Season the Beef with Curry powder, Thyme, Cinnamon powder, a little salt, and Knorr seasoning cube and marinate for 10mins. Then coat with all purpose flour.
Put frying pan on medium heat and add a little Vegetable oil, once hot, begin to fry the beef in batches. Fry for about 2mins each on both sides, once done, set aside.
Wash,perboil and Cook the rice in boiled salt water till done.
In same frying pan with d remaining oil, fry the veggies for about 2 mins each and set aside.
In a pot on medium heat, add d oil used in frying the veggies and add d beef,then add a little water and Soy sauce and cook for about 5-10mins,
In a small bowl add little water and mix in some cornflour and add to d beef to thicken it. Once the consistency is OK, add the veggies and cook for any 1-2mins, and it's done.
The Stripped Beef sauce is ready.
Serve with white rice.
