Adai Dosa or in other words Multi-lentil Dosas. Unlike a Regular Dosa, this is more healthier with all the dals in along with have a subtle taste kind of. Adai recipe - Adai is a kind of dosa from tamilnadu. Adai tastes delicious and is mostly served with a chutney.

Dal Dosa(Adai) is one of the most favored of recent trending meals on earth. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Dal Dosa(Adai) is something which I’ve loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook dal dosa(adai) using 14 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Dal Dosa(Adai):
  1. Take 1 cup Split Gram Lentil (Thuvaram paruppu)
  2. Prepare 1 cup Raw rice
  3. Make ready 4 red chillies
  4. Get 1/2 spoon Dhaniya
  5. Prepare 1/2 spoon Pepper powder
  6. Take 1/2 spoon jeera powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 spoon asafoetida
  8. Prepare 4 Garlic cloves
  9. Get as per taste salt
  10. Get as required oil
  11. Take few curry leaves
  12. Get as required coriander leaves
  13. Make ready as required spinach
  14. Take 2 tsp coconut flakes

Take a bowl and add Tur dal, Chana dal, Urad dal, and Rice. Traditionally, The batter of adai is thick and dosa turns to be thick like a chila. But I prefer to make it. adai dosa can be prepared quickly, it doesn't need fermentation and a long wait of overnight just requires soaking. adai dosa is much heavier and thicker than normal dosa. quick South-Indian style. I can have adai(adai dosa) even daily….

Instructions to make Dal Dosa(Adai):
  1. Take raw rice and split gram Lentil, wash and soak it in water for 3 hours separately.
  2. In a mixer jar put, red chilli, dhaniya, pepper, jeera, asafoetida, garlic and grind it. Then add raw rice to it and grind it well.
  3. Grind split gram lentil separately. Then mix both well to form a batter, add salt and leave it for 2 hours. Then add coconut flakes, leaves curry, coriander, spinach as small pieces to the batter.
  4. Now pour batter, in tava and prepare dosa.
  5. Now serve dosa with dosa powder and oil, along with jaggery.

But I prefer to make it. adai dosa can be prepared quickly, it doesn't need fermentation and a long wait of overnight just requires soaking. adai dosa is much heavier and thicker than normal dosa. quick South-Indian style. I can have adai(adai dosa) even daily…. This version amma makes - the dosa style is my Most restaurants serve adai with aviyal but I havent tasted that combination. Dal Dosa (Masoor Dal Dosai, Toor dal Dosai, Carrot Dosai, Orange Dosai, Carrot Adai): A dosa made using any kind of dal as the main ingredient. Rice and Dal Adai are an excellent combo of rice and lentils mixed together with red chillies, curry leaves and hing and pan fried in dosa shape.
