  1. Make ready 1 scoop Vanilla ice-cream
  2. Take as needed Chocolate sponge cake powdered
  3. Get 2-3 tbsp All purpose flour
  4. Take 2-3 tbsp Corn-flakes crushed
  5. Get as needed Oil to fry

Steps to make Fried ice-cream:
  1. First put ics-cream scoop in fridger for 2hours to be hard
  2. Then coat ice-cream scoop with chhocolate cake powder and again put scoop in fridger for 1 hour.
  3. Make thick batter of all purpose flower and coat ice-cream scoop with the batter and then coat with corn flakes powder.
  4. Again put ics-cream scoop in fridger for 2 hours.
  5. Then let oil hot enough in a deep pan and fry ice-cream scoop carefully for 15 seconds only.
  6. Serve in a plate pouring chocolate sauce on it.
