  1. In a mixing bowl take all ingredients of flour,by gradually mixing water knead a semi-soft dough and keep it aside.
  2. In another big bowl take all ingredients of stuffing and mix up well.
  3. Divide dough in equall parts of small balls,roll puris from all balls,place puri in guji mould and add 1 tsp stuffing over it and by sealing properly the mould make the shape of gujiya.
  4. Prepare rest of the gujiya with same process.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the prepared gujiya on medium flame till it turns slightly golden.
  6. Dessicated Coconut-Mava Gujiya is ready.
