Instructions to make Khoya GulabJaman:
  1. #MakingProcess for #khoya - In pan add all these and cook on medium flame with continuous stir till it become thick and sticky as in picture, it's done pour in bowl to let it cool!!
  2. ⭕#Procedure making #Gulab_jamun - Combine all things and knead it, while knead grease ur figure tip with oil that the dough will not stick…when smother dough ready as in pics then make small balls and fry them in very medium heat oil, when it's turn golden turn them out !!
  3. Make sheera by combining all these !!when sugar all dissolved then with finger if it's Lil bit sticky then it's done, now put aside from flame !!
  4. #MakingProcess! Now put balls in sheera one by one and leave them for 1 hour to completely absorbed sheera in it !! - After then serve it with #coconutPowder, #chocolate sauce or #almonds!!! - Very easy yu'mmmlious khoya Gulab ready to eat!!!
  5. #Tips - ▶When frying balls heat of oil medium that it cooked slowly on continouse stir !!! - if flame high it turns balls brown this will  result will hard inner or not cooked fully !!! ▶Used always double fat milk as Nido - ▶Sheera should be normal when balls dip in it, if sheera on boiling point that will result balls into pieces !!! - Keep these tips while making gulab jaman…very delicious gulab jaman ready :)
