  25. Get as needed Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Khoya Paneer Kofta in Creamy Khoya Gravy:
  1. For preparation of khoya- paneer kofta..Peel and mashed potatoes in mixing bowl. Mix all mentioned ingredients.
  2. Take a lemon size ball.. flatten and put few cashewnuts and raisins in center. Cover and make into cylindrical shape (as shown)
  3. Deep fry koftas in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown.(I first half airfry in Airfryer.. for 5 mins at 180 temperature…then deep fried for less used of oil). Keep aside.
  4. For Gravy.. first grind cashewnuts. turmeric powder,garam masala. Keep aside. In another jar add ginger and garlic, khoya and cream. Grind to smooth paste. Add milk and grind for few minutes.
  5. In non stick kadhai add heat ghee. Add cashewnuts mixture and creamy khoya mixture. Mix well and stir for 5 minutes. At the time of serving gently add koftas. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Khoya-Paneer Kofta in Creamy Gravy with Puris, Parathas.
