Pour the oil into a large saucepan bring up to a medium heat. This recipe for prawn korma is a bit different from the usual korma recipe but it is really easy to prepare and is tasty too. Make the sauce ahead, then panfry some fork-sized chunks of fresh salmon with king prawns and mix the two together.   7. Add the count milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve and garnish with fresh coriander.
