Steps to make Masaledar Idli:
  1. Prepare mini idlis..take oil in a pan add mustard seeds some red chilli powder and little water..saute idli for a while..keep aside
  2. Now take a pan add oil, fresh chopped garlic saute well..add spring onion,green chillies,curry leaves,soya sauce,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,shezwan sauce and salt..mix all togther..add little water and make it lik gravy..now add this red idlis to the gravy..mix well and garnish with coriande leaves..
