  2. Take Onions
  3. Make ready Unripe pepper habanero
  4. Get to taste Salt

  1. Soak beans with water allow to rest for 10 to 15minutes, peel it and rise, in your blender add beans, onions, pepper blend it. See below pictures. After blended add salt to taste, place your oil on medium heat, ensure you turn your beans very well before start frying allow oil to heat. Scoop akara bit by bit till you fry everything
