The ingredients needed to make Green Smoothie:
  1. Prepare 1 Banana
  2. Take 5 Fresh or Frozen Stawberries, if fresh than also add a few ice cubes
  3. Prepare 1 1/3 cup Orange Juice, or other sweet fruit juice
  4. Take 2 bunch 2 or 3 handfuls Fresh Baby Spinach
Steps to make Green Smoothie:
  1. Put banana, strawberries, (ice, if using) orange juice and 1 handful of spinach into blender and blend until frozen strawberries or ice cubes are completely blended.
  2. Continue to add a handful or more of spinach, blending each time until smoothie reaches desired green color.
