  1. Get 3 cups
  2. Make ready 1/4 kg Vegetable oil

  2. Blend in a mill with onion and fresh pepper

  5. Fry for 2minutes and turn the other side to fry.
  6. Fry with enough vegetable oil so that you can fry more at the same time.
  7. Select out with a frying spoon and pour inside sieve to drain out the oil.
