Instructions to make Rajastani Mutton curry:
  1. Heat the mustard oil in large heavy bottomed pan till start smoke,take off the heat and let it cool.
  2. Heat mustard oil again on medium heat add cloves cardamom and bay leaves saute the spices till start crackle.
  3. Add sliced onions fry till golden brown in colour. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute, add the meat and potatoes for 8 to 10 minutes until its start to get charred on the sides.
  4. Bring the flame to low heat add beaten yogurt,red chilli powder, kashmiri powder and turmeric powder Mix well and cook another 5 minutes.
  5. Add water salt and ghee in the final step cover the skillet for 45 minutes covered on low heat until meat is cooked through.
  6. Add some more water if its required. Garnish it with coriander leaves and green chillies. Enjoy.
