Take 750 gm beef boneless cut into flat strips

. Wash the beef and drain it pat it dry. Now add the raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, curd and red chili powder, kashmiri mirch and the dry masala powder. Mix thoroughly keep it for rest overnight.
Now into a Pan add oil 2 tbsp andplace this by putting them on skewers to rotate them easily on pan.. Cook them on med high flame for 8 to 10 mins turning time to time.
Once ready take a coal light it up place on an aluminum foil and give them smoky flavor.
Now for an extra effects take a sizzling plate put onion rings and this boti kabaabs add some oil or you may also cook and keep the left over marination and use it as sauce to drizzle over. Enjoy the hot kababs
