Make ready 1 litre full fat milk
Prepare 300 gm jaggery
Get 1 cup Sprouted wheat
Get 3 teaspoon curd

Prepare 1/2 teaspoon red food colour
Get 1 tbsp liquid glucose

Steps to make Sweety dhoda with jaggery:
Take 1 cup sprouted wheat(wheat should be put in moist cloth to gain sprouts over it) and grind.
Put this grinded mixture in pan and add curd in it. Mix it properly and put it on medium flame.
Add full fat milk in this mixture and stir it continuously. After 2 min, add vinegar and water mixture in milk to ensure our milk splits to paneer.
Stir it continuously. Add cocoa powder mixture(cocoa powder, red food colour and 1tbsp water) in mixture to make it coloured. Mix it again. Cook this mixture on medium flame.
After 15 min, add jaggery in it and cook it. When the mixture is ready. Add liquid glucose and desi ghee in this mixture to make it more tastier and shiny.
At the end add some dryfruits and coconut strands in it and place this mixture in cake tin. Top up with some more dryfruits.
Our yummy tasty toda is ready. Keep it in refrigerator for half n hour for best result after covering it with lid.
