  1. Pressure main mutton haldi powder salt ginger garlic paste water add krein 3 se 4 minutes whistles tak cook karein
  2. Phir is ke baad mutton ko strain kar lain or mutton stock ko alagg rack dain
  3. Phir aik pan main oil add karein or curry pata add karein or phir green chilli kar kar add karein
  4. Phir slice onion add karein 10 minute tak medium heat per fry karein
  5. Jub onion light brown ho jaein tu mutton add karein 2 minute high heat per fry karein
  6. Phir chilli powder add karein or 1 minute fry karein medium heat per
  7. Phir boil mutton stock add kar dain or 6 se 7 minut per high heat per fry karein
  8. Jub water dry honay ke kareeb a jaein tu fennel powder coriander powder or gram masala salt or crushed pepper add karein
  9. Achi trha mix karein phir 3 tbsp water add karein medium heat per 3 se 4 minute tak pakkain
  10. Jub achi trha masala coat ho jaein tu flame off karein gram gram tandoori roti ke sath serve karein
