  2. Mix in a pinch of bouillion cube into the mince meat and mold to desired shape
  3. Heat up pot add cooking spray and onions, stir for a minute, stir in the meatballs and fry till its tender then add tomatoes and pepper
  4. After 3 minutes, add salt, bouillon cube and finally stir in the rice, add a little water, you will have to monitor it to keep adding water till the rice is tender.
  5. Once the rice is tender and water has dried out; turn off heat and serve.
