Get 3/4 cup hung curd
Take 2 tsps ginger garlic paste

Take For the green dip:
Take 1 cup coriander
Take 1/2 cup mint leaves
Take 2 green chillies
Make ready 150 grams curd
Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Grilled tandoori jumbo prawns:
Wash and De-vein the prawns. Soak bamboo skewers for 15 minutes in water.
Add the hung curd and all masala for marination
Mix well and refrigerate for atleast an hour. Can refrigerate longer.
Thread the prawns into the bamboo skewers
Heat grill pan or barbeque grill well. Brush little oil all over. Start frying the sticks. It gets cooked around 10 minutes on one side. Turn side drizzle with oil and cook further for few minutes.
It takes only 15 to 20 minutes for the sticks to grill,cook and be juicy at the same time.
Grind all ingredients for chutney with few spoons of water except curd. Now whisk the green chutney in the curd. Your green yogurt dip is ready.
Serve the grilled prawns drizzled with lemon and chopped coriander.
