Steps to make Grilled tandoori jumbo prawns:
  1. Wash and De-vein the prawns. Soak bamboo skewers for 15 minutes in water.
  2. Add the hung curd and all masala for marination
  3. Mix well and refrigerate for atleast an hour. Can refrigerate longer.
  4. Thread the prawns into the bamboo skewers
  5. Heat grill pan or barbeque grill well. Brush little oil all over. Start frying the sticks. It gets cooked around 10 minutes on one side. Turn side drizzle with oil and cook further for few minutes.
  6. It takes only 15 to 20 minutes for the sticks to grill,cook and be juicy at the same time.
  7. Grind all ingredients for chutney with few spoons of water except curd. Now whisk the green chutney in the curd. Your green yogurt dip is ready.
  8. Serve the grilled prawns drizzled with lemon and chopped coriander.
