  1. Make ready 2 potatoes cubed
  2. Take 1 small turnip cut in small cubes
  3. Take 1 radish cut in small cubes

  6. Make ready 250 gms spinach chopped
  7. Take 1/2 cup methi leaves

  16. Make ready 2 tomatoes diced
  17. Get 1 tsp white zeera
  18. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Steps to make Mix Sabzi:
  1. In a pot,put oil and zeera and let it pop. Now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and spices with some water and let the masala cook fie 10-15mins.
  2. Now add turnip,peas,cauliflower, Lauki and let it cook for sometime.
  3. Now add potatoes and 1/2 cup water and let it cook.
  4. Add methi,palak and bengan and cook.
  5. Cook until all veggies are done,oil separates and water dries. Serve with chapati.
