Get 1/2 Kg Carrots Shredded
Take 2 Tablespoon Butter

Take 1/2 Cup Rice Soaked overnight

Instructions to make Gajrela:
Soak rice and coconut pieces over night - Shred the carrot discarding its yellow part
Heat butter in a large pan add cardamoms, star spice, cinnamon Fry a little
Add shredded carrots and fry them, let them cook over low heat with covered lid till the carrots are soft. Fry till all the water is dried
Blend soaked rice, almonds and coconuts with enough milk. Blend it well
Add to the carrots along with rest of the milk
Cook over high flame stirring constantly till the mixture comes to boil. - Now you can lower the heat and let the mixture cook stirring occasionally till it is thick according to your required consistency. Add sugar according to your taste and continue cooking till sugar is dissolved and mixture is quite thick
Serve with fresh cream
