  1. Prepare 1 kg Gajar(carrot) grated
  2. Get 1 litre full fat milk
  3. Make ready to taste sugar
  4. Prepare 1 bowl Ghee
  5. Prepare 1 bowl Mava/ khova(roasted)
  6. Make ready as needed Dry fruits (cashew, raisins, chironji, almond)
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Steps to make Gajrela(Gajar halwa):
  1. Take a thik bottom kadhai on High flame add ghee when it'll turn hot add grated Gajar and fry it for 10-15 mins. U can see it changes colour.
  2. Add milk, keep stirring between 10-15 mins till when it'll come to little dry (on high flame).
  3. Now add sugar (medium flame) keep stirring otherwise it will become caramelized.
  4. Add rosted khova and continue mix well (curtain fold) u can see ghee seperated from halwa and it turns dry.
  5. Add all the dry fruits and cardamom powder mix well with fast hand on high flame after 5-10 mins turn off the stove.. serve hot taste is like heaven 🤗😊
