  1. Take a pan add oil then add sliced onions golden brown them then add ginger garlic paste in it and broil then add cumin seeds and curry leaves
  2. Then add cubes of potatoes, chopped gawar phali, carrots and peas and broil for 5 mints then add tomatoes and simmer for few mints
  3. Then add all spices and salt mention above and fry for 10 mints then add brinjals and cover let all veggies tenderize then add chopped coriander and sliced green chilli…
