  1. Take 6 baby leeks, trimmed and washed
  2. Get 1-1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  3. Put the leeks in a bowl. Spoon over the olive oil and lemon juice so the leeks are covered. Season.
  4. Sprinkle with the sumac and enjoy 😋
