  1. METHOD - first boil vegetables along with little salt for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large kadai dry roast, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds
  3. Also take cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper, red chilli and coconut dry roast and blend to smooth powder without adding any water.
  4. Keep a side heat oil and saute onions add ginger-garlic paste then add tomato and saute Well more, add capsicum and saute slightly.
  5. Also add prepared masala and salt to taste saute well till the oil separates from the masala
  6. Add boiled vegetables, water and amul paneer, add almarai cream coriander leaves cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
