  25. Get as needed Chopped tomato,onion, coriander leaves
Steps to make Mix veg spicy khichdi:
  1. Wash,rice,moong dal and tur dal
  2. Soak in water for 30 minutes minimum
  3. Hot 2 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker,add drained rice and daal soak for 2_3 minutes
  4. Pour 5 cups of water,add salt, sugar and turmeric powder
  5. Pressure cook for 3 whistle on a medium flame for porridge consistency
  6. Now in a pan or kadahi heat 1 tbsp ghee,add cumin seeds,bay leaf and asafoetida
  7. Let the cumin crackle
  8. Add ginger garlic paste,saute for 2 minutes
  9. Fry onions for 2_3 minutes
  10. Add capsicum and boiled peas and chopped carrot
  11. Add red chilli powder,salt to taste,garam masala,stir well
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves,and chilli
  13. Add cooked khichdi add more water for mushy consistency
  14. Mix all ingredients well,pour more ghee on the hot khichdi
  15. Garnish chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves
  16. Enjoy
