  1. Soak all the ingredients under dosa for 4 hours
  2. Grind smoothly by adding sufficient water and salt.

  5. Heat tawa, grease with ghee.
  6. Pour the batter, spread evenly.
  7. Flip over it for a few seconds, remove and serve.

  9. Hint -If you want dosa to be crisp add rava and corn flour to it. I have done it this way for healthy dosa.

  12. Heat ghee, do seasoning.
  13. Add chopped ingredients, saute it.
  14. Add asafoetida and salt to taste.
  15. Combine garam masala, chilli powder,cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
  16. Open the lid check the cookness, saute once and serve with hot masala does.
