  2. Make ready 1 medium Potato chopped

  6. Make ready 1 tsp Carrom seeds
  7. Prepare pinch Asafoitida

  11. Prepare As per taste Salt
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Garam masala
Instructions to make Fresh chana and aloo sabzi:
  1. Add oil to kadhai, then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Let it crackles then add chilli garlic paste and asafoetida, chana and chopped potato to it. Stir it well and cover with lid and let it cook for 2 mins.
  2. Open the lid and add all dry masalas i. e. red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, garam masala, salt to it and stir it well
  3. Add some water to it and let it cook for 10 mins, garnish it with chopped coriander and serve hot with roti.
