  1. Make ready 1 Broccoli
  2. Prepare 4 sliced tomatoes
  3. Make ready 2 medium sized sliced onion
  4. Get 1 chopped green chilli
  5. Get 1 cup mix fresh green peas and french beans
  6. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. Prepare 1 inch chopped ginger
  10. Get 1.5 tbsp oil
  11. Get 1 pinch hing
  12. Prepare 1 cup water or as required
  13. Take to taste salt
Instructions to make Crunchy Broccoli ki sabzi:
  1. Heat 1tsp oil in a pan, add ginger, onion, green chilli. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium-high flame.
  2. Add sliced tomatoes,cook it for 2 minutes on medium high flame till tomatoes soft.Turn off the flame.Lets it cool down.
  3. Grind it in a mixer to make tomato onion puree.
  4. For tadka-Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add 1 pinch hing cumin seeds when crackles, add tomato-onion puree. Mix it well.
  5. Add 1/2 tsp garam masala,1/2tsp red chilli powder,1/2tsp salt or salt to taste. Mix it well, cook on medium-high flame for 5 minutes
  6. Now add fresh mix green and french beans, florets of broccoli. Mix it well.
  7. Add 1 cup water slowly, cook it for 5 minutes on medium-high flame. Check if peas are soft or not.If peas are soft then Broccoli ki sabzi is ready to eat. It helps in wt. loss. Enjoy with Chapati.
