  1. Prepare 2 carrots
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup peas
  3. Get 2 potatoes
  4. Make ready 1 Tomato
  5. Take 1 onion

  7. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Prepare To taste salt
  9. Get 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  13. Take 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions to make Carrot & Peas Sabzi:
  1. Wash and Chop all vegetables.
  2. Chop onion and grate tomatoes and ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds. Add finely chopped onions and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Put all dry masala and sauté for 1 minute. Now add chopped vegetables and stir well. Cover the lid and cook for 7 minutes or till vegetables are soft.
  5. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and chapatti.
