  2. Take 2 cups All purpose flour
  3. Prepare 1 Tbsp oil

  7. Get 1/4 tsp red food colour
  8. Get 1 tsp salt
  9. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder

  13. Prepare 2 Tbsp Urad daal (mash daal)washed & socked 2 hour & drain
  14. Make ready 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  15. Make ready 1 Tbsp coriander seeds
  16. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  17. Take 2/3 green chilli chopped (optional)
Steps to make Lahori katlama:
  1. In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and oil. - Gradually add water and knead well to form a dough,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In bowl,add gram flour,red chili powder,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,salt,red food color and egg mix well. - Gradually add water if required and mix well to make a thick paste.
  3. Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again,take a small dough,make a ball and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin make a chapatti as your desired shape.
  4. Spread prepared paste,sprinkle dried seeds and green chilli and mash daal press gently with hand or back of spoon. - In wok,heat oil and fry katlama until nice and light crispy. - Serve hot with green raita. - Enjoy !

  6. If you are Vegan or Vegetarian so skip the egg and make a paste with little water.
