  9. Jab gosht gal jayey aur madala ghee chor day.
  10. Tinday add krien.
  11. Achay say mix kar ke 3 minute bhonien.
  12. Half cup pani add kroen dhak kar pani khushk honay tak aur tonday galnay tak pakayen.
  13. Jab tinday gal jayen aur masala acha bhun jaye tu flame off kar dien.
  14. Haray dhaniay say garnish krien aur garma garam roti ke sath serve krien.
