Hey everyone, hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, ewedu. It is one of my favorites. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Ewedu is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It is easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Ewedu is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook ewedu using 7 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Ewedu:
  1. Take leaves Ewedu
  2. Take Potash
  3. Prepare Locust beans (Iru)
  4. Take Egusi (melon)
  5. Make ready Maggi (small cube)
  6. Get Salt
  7. Prepare Crayfish
Instructions to make Ewedu:
  1. Pick all the leaves off the branch. Run the tap water through the leaves and rinse it from sand.
  2. Put them in a blender and add water. A little water would do. Measure the water by putting quarter of the amount of Ewedu leaves in the blender.
  3. Blend the Ewedu roughly. Not a smooth paste please. ON &OFF on the blender a few times.
  4. In a Medium sized pot, put a little water and add the Potash. Let it boil a little, then add the blended Ewedu. Stir gently.
  5. Add crayfish, Egusi, maggi stir together and wait for 2 minutes. The Ewedu is ready to be served.
