Prepare 500 gm beef (undercut, cut in strips)

Make ready Marination ingredients
Get 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
Prepare 1 tbsp Vinegar
Prepare 1 tbsp black pepper
Prepare 1 tsp white pepper
Take 1 tsp Sugar
Take 2-3 tbsp Corn flour
Take To taste Salt
Take 1/2 Egg (beaten)
Steps to make Beef Chilli:
In a bowl marinate beef with all marination ingredients
1. Rest for 30 minutes
Heat oil, fry marinated beef for 8-10 minutes
1. When it change in colour (brown), take it out keep aside.
1. On the same pan in remaining oil, add garlic & fry until light brown
1. Add onion with other ingredients, mix together
1. Lastly add chicken powder with lil water, mix it well
1. Add beef, mix it well, cook couple of minutes & adjust Salt
1. Lastly when water reduced,add Sesame oil, spring onions, green chilli & Mix it well.
1. Serve hot with rice or noodles
