Make vinaigrette: In a jar fitted with a lid, combine olive. In a large bowl, place cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, olives, artichoke hearts and parsley.

Steps to make Mediterranean Salad:
  1. Mix the mushed garlic, olive oil, and lemon. Set aside so the flavors get mixed together.
  2. Dice up all the vegetables into medium size pieces.
  3. Then add ur dressing 5 to 10 minutes before serving so ur salad doesn't get soggy and has settled a bit.
  4. Add the oregano, sumac, salt & pepper……You have to play around with this to fit ur liking, depending on the size and amount of vegetables u r using. Same goes for the liquids too. ENJOY:)

Make vinaigrette: In a jar fitted with a lid, combine olive. In a large bowl, place cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, olives, artichoke hearts and parsley. Using two spoons, lightly mix the vegetables and put the bowl in the refrigerator.
