  10. Take 1 tbsp Sugar
  11. Make ready Baghar/Temper:
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cummin Seeds
  14. Make ready leaves Few Curry
  15. Get 2 tbsp Coconut (grated)
  16. Get Salt (as required)
  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp Sugar
  18. Prepare 4-5 Green chillies (flakes)
Instructions to make Whosayna’s Dhokra:
  1. Keep a big pot for steaming, or dhokra steamer on flame with water. - Mix all ingredients together to smooth batter, when water starts boiling add one and half teaspoon of ENO fruit salt in batter and stir well, pour on a small greased thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. Keep for steaming till done. When done cut squares - - Garnish: make baghar of mustard and cummin seeds, sesame and green chillies with curry leaves pour over dhokra sprinkle coconut, finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
