Make ready 110 gram Raw king prawn-peeled
Take 20 gram Sesame seed
Take 5 gram Coriander stems

Make ready 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
Take 1/4 teaspoon Lime Juice

Steps to make Prawn Toast:
Blend the rawking prawn, garlic, coriander stems, egg, oyster sauce, salt, ground white pepper and lime juice in an electric blender until they form the smooth paste.
Transfer the paste into the small bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Spread the prawn mixture on the white bread. Then sprinkle with sesame seed.
Heat the oil at 160 Celsius then fry the prawn toast until the prawn mixture is cooked. Usually, it will take approx 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the cooked Prawn toast on the kitchen towel to soak up all the access oil.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with lemon wedge, leafy salad and sweet chilli sauce. Yummm.
