  3. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce/ketchup, chilli sauce, pepper, chicken granules and water. Add salt to taste. Add extra water if thin sauce is preferred. Stir and mix well. Add meatballs. Cover and stir every now and then. Let this sauce simmer over low heat until all ingredients are well combined and sauce thickened nicely. Done. Add/top with grated parmesan cheese just before serving.
