Steamed momos is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Steamed momos is something that I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

The ingredients needed to make Steamed momos:
  1. Make ready 300 gm Minced chicken
  2. Make ready 1 Chopped onion
  3. Take 4 tbsp Sweet corn
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Take 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Vinegar
  8. Take 1 tsp Salt
  9. Take 3 tbsp Spring onion
  10. Take 3 tsp Fresh chopped coriander leaves
  11. Take For Dough
  12. Make ready 2 cups maida/All -purpose flour
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Salt
  14. Take as needed Water for kneeding
Instructions to make Steamed momos:
  1. For the filling take chicken minced add chopped onion, sweet corn, salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and spring onion chopped and mix it well kep it ready.
  2. Take maida add salt and water as required and knead it into a soft dough. Keep it for half an hour then use.
  3. Roll out small puri sized coverings for the filling add on the filling and then give the desired shape. Then on a steamer steam these momos on med. High flame it wil take nearly 20 mins. When it turns translucent then it's ready. Serve it with the chutney it's a good healthy option. Do try it
